Located in the Huon Jet / Boatshed Cafe premises in the heart of the
Huon region, the Huon Visitor Centre is conveniently located to provide
a wide range of visitor services and information.
Staff pride themselves on their personalised
service and local knowledge and experience.
A state wide booking and reservation service is
available for both accommodation and major tours and attractions.
Assistance in planning tour itineraries is
available for tour groups wishing to visit the region.
Computer access is available for visitors wishing
to access email or the Tourism Tasmania Tiger Tour data base.
Services provided include:

Locations for the three TVIN centres in the Huon
region are:
- Kettering, servicing D'Entrecasteaux Channel
and Bruny Island
- Huonville, servicing Cygnet, Huonville,
Franklin and surrounding areas
- Geeveston, servicing the Arve Valley, the Far
South.

Centres are located in 19 sites around Tasmania and provide a high
quality tourism service to international, national and local visitors.
All Centres must pass quality assessments and inspections and provide a
minimum level of service.
